Two years ago we hosted a brand launch at Jarlaplan, months before we opened, with a team of 2-3 people.

Two long, dusty years later, our two studios and amazing 30+ team are beyond my wildest dreams.

I spend all my time thinking about everything I haven't done, and it’s long overdue to pause, and actually celebrate everything that we have done.

An evening for friends, family, colleagues, partners, clients - you mean everything, and this exists only because of you.

The Lymphatic Suite

Infrared Body Roll · 45 minutes

A body shaping and lymphatic drainage treatment built around the Infrared Body Roll. Twenty contoured wood rollers work across the thighs, buttocks and arms while an infrared ruby emitter warms the tissue beneath, firming the body and lifting circulation.

The lymphatic system clears the fluid and waste that training leaves behind, but it has no pump of its own. It moves when you move, and when it is helped along. The rollers apply rhythmic, directional pressure along the lymphatic pathways, easing the fluid that settles after hard sessions and smoothing the skin above. Infrared heat adds a regenerative layer, relaxing tight muscle and supporting recovery. Over regular sessions the body feels firmer, lighter and more defined.

The session

Forty five minutes, a full body massage on the machine. You follow a guided program that starts at the feet and works upward, one region at a time.

The Advanced Recovery Suite

J2 is built around a full Flowlife recovery room. An infrared sauna sits at its heart, with a set of engineered tools around it that release muscle tension, improve circulation and support consistent training.

The session

The room is yours. Move through the sauna and every tool in any order you like, or take the sauna on its own if that is all you want. There is no queue and no clock but your own. You set the pace.

Infrared Body Roll · Lymphatic Drainage

A guided full-body recovery session on the Infrared Body Roll. Moving through a series of positions, the treatment combines deep infrared heat with rhythmic rolling to support lymphatic drainage, improve circulation and ease muscle tension.

The lymphatic system has no pump of its own. Unlike your heart, it relies on movement to keep fluid moving through the body. The guided sequence follows the body's natural lymphatic pathways, encouraging circulation, reducing heaviness and supporting recovery after training, travel or long days at a desk.
