Our Reformer classes blend traditional Pilates principles with innovative movements to deliver a unique and energizing experience. Using spring-based tension, this low-impact class strengthens and tones the entire body while improving core stability, posture, and flexibility.
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes and available for purchase at both studios. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around and get you set up. Towels, lockers, and all props are provided.
Class Formats
Reformer
It’s not regular Reformer, it’s the Burner method - an intense class where traditional Pilates principles blends with contemporary, dynamic movements. Spring-based tension for a full-body challenge. All levels.
Beginner Reformer
New to Reformer? We recommend starting with a Beginner Reformer class. It covers the basics of the machine, how the springs work, and the key positions you'll use in every class. After one or two sessions, most people feel ready to join regular classes.
Post-Natal Reformer
Core recovery, pelvic floor work, and full-body realignment led by one of our postnatal experts. Courses are available at both studios in various formats, find what fits your schedule and your stage of recovery. Babies are welcome.
Pregnancy Reformer
Mindful, low-impact movement to prepare your body for birth and recovery, all in a calm and supportive environment. Each session builds strength, stability, and mobility while easing tension and promoting comfort.
