All of our mat classes are held in a 35° heated studio. Training in heat increases circulation, improves flexibility, and helps your muscles warm up faster, so you can move deeper and recover better. Four distinct formats, each 45 minutes, available at both studios.

Grip socks are mandatory for all classes and available for purchase at our studios. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around and get you set up. Towels, mats, and all props are provided.

Our signature class. Full-body strength training, compound movements, deep burns, explosive power. If you want to feel it tomorrow, this is the one. All levels, but intense af.

Hot Pilates


Classic mat Pilates principles meet 35 degrees. Precision, control, breath. A focus on spine and core blended with modern mat exercises. A great way into heated training if you're new to it. All levels.

Hot Yoga Slow Flow

A heated, breath-driven practice connecting movement with mindfulness. Builds strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation. Calm the mind, energise the body. All levels.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

Where yoga meets resistance training in the heat. Traditional yoga sequencing blended with strength-building movements using props and hand weights. All levels.
