All mat classes take place in a 35° heated studio. Heat accelerates warm-up, increases circulation and makes every session count. Four formats. Forty-five minutes. Both studios.

Hot Sculpt
The class that built the community. Compound movements, full-body strength work and deliberate heat. You will feel it. All levels.
Hot Pilates
Classic Pilates methodology in 35 degrees. Precision, control, breath. Deep spinal and core work for a practice that is deceptively difficult. All levels.
Hot Yoga Slow Flow
The counterpoint to intensity. Breath-led movement in 35 degrees, building genuine flexibility and a quality of stillness that is harder to find than it sounds. All levels.
Hot Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sequencing with added resistance. Traditional poses and flows layered with props and light hand weights in the heat. Builds strength you did not know yoga could build. All levels.
Grip socks are required and available in studio. Arrive ten minutes early for your first class. Mats and all props are provided.
