Getting Started

What should I bring to my first class?

Grip socks (mandatory, available for purchase), water bottle. We provide towels, mats and all props.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. All classes require advance booking through our website or app.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full credit refund. Late cancellations within 12 hours are eligible for a late-cancel credit, which can be used for a drop-in class within 24 hours (subject to availability).

Are grip socks mandatory?

Yes, for all classes. Available for purchase in studio if you don't have them.

What if I've never done Pilates or yoga before?

Start with Reformer I or Hot Pilates. Both are beginner-friendly and designed to teach you the fundamentals.

Classes

How hot are the hot classes?

35 degrees C. If you're new to training in heat, we recommend starting with Hot Pilates or Hot Yoga before trying Hot Sculpt.

Can I try both studios with one membership?

Yes. All credits and memberships work at both J2 and H6.

Are private sessions available?

Yes. Contact us to book.

Memberships & Pricing

How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 class. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Do credits expire?

Yes, after 12 months.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, in special cases like pregnancy or injury. We may ask for a doctor's note and can sometimes say no. Vacation or short-term illness are not valid reasons. Contact us if you want to request a pause.

What's the cancellation policy for memberships?

You can usually cancel with 1 month notice. Your membership stays active until the end of the following month. If you have a fixed-term membership, you can't cancel until it's over.

Do you offer student or corporate discounts?

Contact us for corporate wellness packages.

Do you have showers?

Yes, at both studios.

Are towels provided?

Yes, complimentary towel service at both locations.

Can I store my stuff at the studio?

We have secure storage during class. No long-term storage available.

Is there parking nearby?

Street parking available near both studios. Public transit recommended.
