Strength, yoga, and pilates in the heat. Four distinct formats, one transformative experience.
What to bring
Grip socks (mandatory for all classes, available for purchase at both studios) and a water bottle. Towels, mats, and all props are provided.
Class overview
All classes are 45 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can set you up and show you around.

All classes available at both J2 (Vasastan) and H6 (Ostermalm). One booking system, two locations.

Four formats. One heat.
Hot Sculpt
Full-body strength in the heat. Compound movements, slow burns, explosive power. Ankle weights, resistance bands, light dumbbells, sliders and Pilates balls. Burner's signature format. 45 min.
Hot Yoga Slow Flow
Calm the mind, energise the body. Heated, breath-driven practice connecting movement with mindfulness. Builds strength, flexibility and deep relaxation. 45 min.
Hot Yoga Sculpt
Where yoga meets resistance training in heat. Traditional yoga sequenced and blended with strength-building movements using props and hand weights. 45 min.
Hot Pilates
Classic mat Pilates principles meet 35 degrees. Precision, control, breath. Combining classical pilates philosophy with focus on spine and core, blended with modern mat exercises. A perfect introduction to training in heat. 45 min.
