A private recovery room created together with Flowlife, combining infrared sauna with advanced recovery tools designed to relieve muscle tension, support circulation and help the body return after training. Use the sauna on its own, or move between tools depending on what your body needs that day.

45 minutes · Studio H6

Infrared Body Roll · Lymphatic Drainage

A guided full-body recovery session on the Infrared Body Roll. Moving through a series of positions, the treatment combines deep infrared heat with rhythmic rolling to support lymphatic drainage, improve circulation and ease muscle tension.

The lymphatic system has no pump of its own. Unlike your heart, it relies on movement to keep fluid moving through the body. The guided sequence follows the body's natural lymphatic pathways, encouraging circulation, reducing heaviness and supporting recovery after training, travel or long days at a desk.
