  • Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared heat penetrates directly into muscle tissue. This promotes deep circulation, supports muscle recovery, and helps the body release tension at a cellular level. Infrared heat has also been shown to support better sleep, reduce inflammation, and improve skin health over time. A 20 to 30 minute session is a good starting point.

  • Sequential pneumatic compression that works from your feet upward, flushing lactic acid, reducing swelling, and improving blood flow. Originally developed for medical use, compression therapy is now widely used by athletes to speed up recovery between sessions. Especially effective after leg-heavy classes like Reformer or Hot Sculpt. 15 to 20 minutes is ideal.

  • Red and near-infrared light therapy targets cells directly, stimulating mitochondrial function and accelerating tissue repair. Used for reducing inflammation, supporting skin recovery, easing joint pain, and promoting wound healing. Consistent use over time delivers the strongest results. Position yourself 15 to 30 cm from the panel for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Percussive therapy for targeted relief. Works deep into trigger points and muscle knots, breaking up tension and improving range of motion. Use it on areas that feel tight or overworked. Start on a lower setting and increase pressure gradually. Great for calves, quads, shoulders, and upper back.

  • Gentle rhythmic compression around the eyes and temples that activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Designed for stress relief, headache reduction, and nervous system recovery. A good way to start or end your session. 10 to 15 minutes.
