Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, in certain circumstances - pregnancy or injury, for example. We may ask for a doctor's note, and we reserve the right to assess each request individually. Vacation and short-term illness are not eligible reasons for a pause.

  • You can cancel with one month's notice. Your membership stays active through the end of the following month - so if you cancel on February 20, it runs until March 31.

    Fixed-term memberships (3-month commitment) cannot be cancelled before the term ends.

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before class and your credit is returned in full. Single purchases are returned as new credits. Cancel less than 12 hours before class and the credit is forfeited - but your spot is released so someone else can take it.

    If you miss a booked class Credit or credit membership: you lose the credit used to book. On a membership: three late cancellations or no-shows in the same calendar month results in a 2-week booking suspension. We ask that you cancel as early as possible so your spot can go to someone on the waitlist.

  • Yes. Join the waitlist and if a spot opens more than 12 hours before class, you're booked automatically. If a spot opens less than 12 hours before class, you'll receive a push notification and email - book it yourself. First come, first served. Standard cancellation rules apply to waitlist bookings.
